The investment was led by Equanimity Ventures and saw participation from SucSEED Indovation Fund, T-Fund managed by T-Hub, WarmUp Ventures, and value-additive angels. This successful fundraising round marks a significant step forward in the company’s journey to redefine the E-Commerce Analytics landscape.
BIVA is a fully automated analytics platform that helps D2C Brands scale up their businesses. It facilitates a holistic view of the enterprise business functions by providing essential reports and insights across all facets including sales, customers, marketing, product, inventory, and Google analytics making it a one-stop destination for all business teams.
BIVA is product offering whereas all their competitors are either partly or fully service-based offerings. It takes 2 to 3 weeks to build any new integration along with associated reports. Customers can write your ML
code too in BIVA and have the ability to create connectors through BIVA’s platform using postman-style calling. BIVA’s USPs include instant connectors from API and non-API sources. So, BIVA is Future proof enabling them to onboard and integrate, generate your reports in 10 hours. They also provide RPA connectors — Connectors to non-API sources such as Flipkart, Myntra and so on, making it hard to replicate.
The team has over 5 years of experience in analytics service, which gave
them an opportunity to understand the space, and pain points before building the solution. Co-Founder, Abhiram Kolli has experience as Product & Technology at Credit Suisse, USA — HOLT, over 5 years of entrepreneur experience and over 13 years spent in Technology Architecture, and Product Management. Akhila Ganti, another Co-founder is CFA Level 3 and FRM Part II and has worked as Growth consultant in e-retail and Marketing Analyst in Retail & Investment banking (HSBC, Fidelity), Customer Acquisition, customer Satisfaction and Retention.
